At Daya we believe neither should take the backseat, that we should celebrate the benefits of movement for both. Exercise creates a body and mind that are strong and healthy or you to live in. How does this translate to the On Demand Platform?

Daya Rituals has a variety of classes, including movement & mind classes. We want our members to learn how to tune into their mind & body and choose classes that will serve them best on that day or period in life.

We encourage members to bring the in-studio experience to their home, creating a calm space with use of scents and music.
